Wraparacoun Care:

• You need to book and pre-pay spaces (if you're paying via Childcare Vouchers or Tax Free Childcare and haven't contacted the Office yet, please do so as soon as possible so that we can credit your account). The deadline is 9pm the day before the session. We don't accept drop-ins. Please contact the office (phone, email or voice mail) to edit your booking. Letter, Agreement Form and Menu are at the bottom of this page.
  If your child is unwell or not in school for a planned abescence, please contact the Office to cancel booked sessions in advance, or they will be marked as "not attended" and charged
  

School Meals:

• You need to book and pre-pay for them, or make sure you settle you outstanding payments as soon as possible; we won't be able to give your child a hot meal if you have a debt of £13.25 or above (one week worth of meals), and you will have to provide them with a packed lunch. The dealine is 8am. Alternatively, you can contact the Office to amend your order until 10am. Late orders might not be accommodated, and late cancellations will be charged. 

Extra Activities:

• We ask you kindly to make full or partial contributions on Parent Pay for any extra activity such as Swimming, School Trips or School Events; if we don't reach the minimum quota, we might not the be able to run the activity at all, or offer it again in the future. We have several options to help families with financial difficulties, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you need support. 

Uniforms:

• Uniforms are to be ordered via this link https://www.parentpay.com/ParentPayShop/Uniform/Default.aspx?shopid=798  ;

  Orders will be filled at school and you will be able to collect them from the School Office on Wedensdays, from 2.30pm to 4pm. 

  Orders made by 12pm on Wednesdays will be available for collection on the same day. After this deadline, they will be processed for the following week.
