OCOW - Our City Our World - PJS Sustainabilty Plan | Patcham Junior School
Patcham Junior School has saved £21,761 in electricity costs since installing the solar panels in 2020, and reduced its CO2 emissions by 35.73 tonnes. This is equivalent to planting 559 trees saplings. (BHESCo Report 2025)

END OF SCHOOL YEAR! - Wrap up the school year with low-impact actions that cut waste, save resources ad leave a greener legacy for next year!
What can you do?
· Reduce single-use waste by collecting your reusable water bottles, cutlery and bags, to avoid landfill disposal
· Donate or Recycle any unused stationary, books, equipment and uniforms
· Return borrowed items to avoid loss and waste
· Organise a School Swap with your friends and neighbours!
· Document your holidays and eco-friendly activity over the summer and let us know!

LOST UNIFORM - There are two clothes bins close to the school office which are full, so if you have lost a coat/jumper/lunchbox/water bottle please come in and take a look through.
